Our resident’s value their independence and the privacy of their own suites yet appreciate the
comfort of knowing that assistance is available whenever needed.

Our Rent includes Linen, laundry and housekeeping services weekly; three home cooked meals and snacks daily,
24-hour professional nursing care, organized social and activity program, exercise program and many other amenities.

• Rent $1525.00 per month and up
• An added cost is required for a second person sharing a suite
• Rent is to be paid monthly, due on the first day of every month
• Monthly lease with a 30 day notice
• Payment options: cheques and post-dated cheques
